Q: My student(s) is under 13 years old, can they still attend MogulMania?
A: Sorry, due to liability reasons only individuals 13 years and up may attend MogulMania. Please adhere to this when registering.
Q: Do we need to prepay our Registration Fees to be entitled to the Early Registration rate?
A:Yes, to be entitled to the early registration rate your registation form and money must be postmarked and/or received by Jan 18th, 2008.
Q: Why the Medical/Release Form?
A:The purpose of this form is to ensure proper medical attention in case of an emergency situation, on or off the slopes. Thank you for your understanding in this manner. Without a signed and returned Medical/Release Form attendees of MogulMania will forfeit their skiing priviledges and costs. There is no exceptions to this rule.
Q: What is billeting?
A:Students and leaders are provided free billeting (when available) - acommodations (not always with a bed) at a church family home, transportation to and from the church, and breakfast each morning. Each billet is prescreened by our MogulMania committee to ensure a safe and proper home for each individual. Attendees are seperated by gender and will be always be placed with other attendees from your group.
Q:  What should we bring?
A: Here is a recommended list of items to bring to MogulMania:
- Spending $ for lunch at the hill
- Warm clothes
- Extra socks
- Toiletries
- Skis/snowboard gear
- Winter hat
- Gloves/mitts
- Boots
- Scarf or face protection
- Sleeping bag & pillow
- Alarm clock
- Bible
- Notebook & Pen
Q: Is there an emergency contact #?
A: Yes, you may contact the Church Office @ 306-445-3009 or Pastor Scott's cellular @ 306-441-4009.
Q: Is there a discount or special rate for Leaders?
A: One youth leader is free for every eight students in attendance. Additional leaders are required to pay regular pricing. Note that this does not include your skiing fees.
Q: Are there refunds?
A: Refunds are given on ski rentals only. There are no refunds on registration costs. (We encourage transfers for other students to attend.) A $2.00 processing fee will apply to all refunds.
In the event that MogulMania is cancelled due to the weather, a full refund will be given to participants through their attending church group. |

Group Registration - Youth leaders are requested to use the Group Registration Form when registering their group. Note that the Individual Registration & Medical/Release Form are still required to be collected from your attendees and sent in, with a guardians signature (under 18) or the attendees signature (over 18) in order to participate in MogulMania. Without a signed and returned Medical/Release Form attendees of MogulMania will forfeit their skiing priviledges and costs.
Please note that the Early Registration of $40.00 must accompany your registration form and be postmarked and/or received by Jan 18th to be elligible.
